Hi!
You have to excuse my English, because I don`t speak regularly.
Nevertheless I`ll try to explain the pattern.
You have to mark 7 stitches at center of front and back. Now you have to work 3 stitches into the 1st and last Knit-Rib. That means you have to knit : 1. the stitch with yarn-over work K1 tog once
2. than you knit the same stitch with yarn-over P1 tog once
3. the same stitch with yarn-over work again K1 tog once.
(please look in the description for the explanation of K1 and P1!!)
Difficult! But now you have "4 increases twice" means 4 inc into the 1st K-Rib and 4 inc into the last rip.
I hope you understand the above, because this is my first attempt to explain an English pattern.

Hi, there
Thank you so much for helping me....! I almost give up on it !
on your 2. point, you say I knit the same stitch with yarn-over P1 tog
does that mean I move the stitch I just knit from right needle to left needle and P.... ?
I am so sorry to bother you with this but hope you can help me a bit more...
Thank you sooooo....much !

Hi!
1. Knit the stitch with yarn-over, BUT don`t slip it off the needle
2. in that stitch with yarn-over (still on the left needle!) you work P1 tog, again don`t slip it off the left needle
3.the same stitch with yarn-over work again as descriped
Hope you get along with it.
P.S.:Questions never bother!
